‘Fun’draising

Oh yes, here on the fundraising pages, we will be giving you our ideas for how you can help us reach our targets, with some fun and fantastic ways to raise money.

But we want your ideas too.

Perhaps you would you like to run an event on our behalf? Music, comedy, club nights, speed-dating, auctions etc.

We’ve already had offers from our supporters to knit, run, sail, cycle and skydive. Whatever next?

Help build our home brick by brick

We are planning to launch a ‘buy a brick’ campaign. More details to follow, but it will be beautiful, virtual and a wall you will just  HAVE to own a piece of.  Just like everyone else these days our wall will Twitter (Tweet?).

We are always looking for brilliant people with different skills to donate their time and become part of our team. From programme managing community fundraising events to building web applications. You name it we need it.

We need to raise £200,000 to get the project off the ground and complete phase one, we estimate over 5 years the project will come to £1 million (currently estimated as of 1st January 2009) but we will give supporters a breakdown of where their money will go.
